– We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not, we are here to help.
– If you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it. Please email us at email@example.com if you wish to return something. Customers must arrange return themselves at their own cost, we encourage using a tracked service. When we receive your returned order we will issue a refund within 7days.
– If your order arrives and is faulty or damaged due to delivery please get in touch within 7 working days of receiving it and we can offer a replacement or refund. We will need a photo of the faulty items to claim insurance from our couriers. If there is a fault or a mistake with your order the cost of postage will be refunded.
– Please check all rolls are in good condition before opening or hanging.
– Our fabrics have knots and characteristics that are common in natural fabric. We double check orders before they are sent out but please get in contact if there is a mistake or fault with your order.
