Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not, we are here to help.


If you are eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. You have 14 days from the date you received the item to return it. Please email us at [email protected] if you wish to return something. Customers must arrange return themselves at their own cost, we encourage using a tracked service. When we receive your returned order we will issue a refund within 7 days.


We will need a photo of the faulty items to claim insurance from our couriers. If there is a fault or a mistake with your order the cost of postage will be refunded.


If your order arrives and the packaging is  damaged from transit please get in touch within 7 working days of receiving the package and we can offer a replacement or refund.


Please check all rolls are in good condition before hanging and that all rolls are from the same batch. Check for any damage or error in the roll and notify us as soon as possible if a problem is noticed. We will rectify the issue as soon as possible.


Unopened rolls, entirely sealed in the cellophane wrapper can be returned. Once received we will refund the invoiced value within 7 days.



Please check all tins are the correct colour by opening the lid and viewing the colour. Remember, to mix the paint very well before application. Any issues with incorrect supply will be rectified as soon as possible.

Paint is tinted to order so we are unable to offer refunds.


Our fabrics have knots and imperfections that are common in natural fabric which give character.

Orders are checked before the are shipped however, please check the entire order before cutting or marking the fabric. We will rectify any issues arising. Once fabric is cut we are unable to offer a refund if a error is found. We will happily work with you to reprint a length of fabric where required.

Fabric is printed to the customer order so we are unable to offer returns.

Bespoke Products

We are unable to take returns for any bespoke products. All products should be checked on arrival and any issues raised. If a physical sample was received and approved and the product doesn’t match within expected manufacturing tolerances we will investigate the issue once all products are returned. If a physical sample wasn’t requested we are unable to offer any refunds. If there is any damage or course we will rectify the issue.
